Set up meeting defaults for invitations | Outlook add-in


Click GlobalMeet Tools > Settings to choose the primary access number to include in meeting invitations and to access Meeting Settings. If you have more than one web meeting or audio conference account, select a default web meeting and audio conference to be used for invitations you create with the add-in.

The default meeting you set here is automatically selected in the Start Meeting pane, and the web address and dial-in information are listed in new meeting invitations.

In the Settings pane, you can also change the access numbers and one-click number included in the meeting invitation on a per-meeting basis.

Changes are saved automatically.
