There are many ways to get your meeting information to guests so that they can join quickly and securely.
- Copy your meeting information to the clipboard and share it with guests.
You can do this from the desktop app or while in your meeting room. Guests can click the meeting URL link to enter your GlobalMeet room.
- Schedule a meeting using the GlobalMeet Outlook add-in.
GlobalMeet sends an email invitation to your guests with a meeting link and dial-in information for the meeting.
- Suggest that your guests download the free GlobalMeet desktop apps for Mac and Windows.
The apps remember recently attended meetings; after guests enter your meeting URL the first time, they can just click to jump back into your room.
- Guests can also join your meeting while on the go if they have downloaded one of the GlobalMeet mobile apps.
