Can’t get into a meeting (seeing Flash error)


If you try to enter your meeting using a browser and receive a Flash error, this means that your meeting room is based on the older, Flash-based version of our meetings service. 

Adobe ended support for Flash Player on December 31, 2020 and will block Flash content from running in Flash Player beginning January 12, 2021.

Meeting rooms that require Flash will no longer work. This affects meeting rooms that look similar to this example.


Please contact Support and we'll upgrade your meeting room to the latest version. Your meeting URL, access numbers, and login name and password will stay the same.
