Passcode is not valid

If you dial in to a meeting and receive a message that the passcode is not valid, try the following:

  • Double check you entered the correct passcode. When the recorded message repeats the passcode you entered, verify all the numbers are correct.
    • If the numbers are incorrect, enter the correct passcode followed by the pound or hash key (#).
    • If the numbers are correct, check your meeting invitation or contact the meeting host to verify the dial-in information.
  • Try using a different audio connection. When the recorded message repeats the passcode you entered, verify all the numbers are present. If any numbers are missing, your current connection may not be transmitting identifiable tones and you should try again using a different connection.
