Trouble logging in

If you experience issues logging in using the desktop app or the browser, try the following:

  • Clear the cookies and cache for your browser.
  • Check that Caps Lock is not on. Passwords are case sensitive.
  • Check that you are entering the correct username and password.
  • Close down any unnecessary running applications to free up memory.
  • Check that your firewall is not preventing you from connecting.
