Update your profile

In the desktop app, click the Settings tab to update your basic profile information or your full account profile.

Update basic profile information

You can view your client ID and make basic updates (first name, last name, and email) using the Account tab. This information displays when someone views your profile during a meeting. To edit your information, click a field and make your changes. Click out of the field to automatically save.

Update your full profile

To update your full account profile, use Meeting Settings. In the desktop app, click Settings and open the General tab. Scroll to the Advanced section, and then click Edit. This opens the Meeting Settings in a new window. In My Profile, you view your client ID and change the following information:

  • Email
  • Password
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number

Click Save changes to update your profile. Changes made to your email, first name, and last name are reflected in the Account tab of the desktop app and vice versa. They are visible to other people in your company via the Contact search, on your contact card. Learn more »

My Profile Information

Update your name

In the mobile app, click your avatar in the top left corner to access your settings. You can view your client ID and update your first and last name. This information identifies you in the meeting room and displays when someone views your profile during a meeting. To edit your name, tap Display name in meetings and make your changes. Tap Update to save.
