The desktop app allows you to update your current password.
To change your password:
- Click the Settings tab.
- Scroll to Advanced in the General tab, and then click Edit to open Meeting Settings in a new window.
- Click Reset on the My Profile tab to open the RESET PASSWORD prompt in a new window.
- Enter your email address or client ID.
- Click SEND EMAIL.
- Open the email and follow the prompts to enter a new password.
After changing your password, you will need to enter the new password when accessing your GlobalMeet tools (desktop app, mobile apps, and GlobalMeet for Outlook) and when signing into meetings from a browser.
