If you are the moderator (lead speaker) or a speaker for a conference, dial in to the conference using the speaker dial-in number provided in the confirmation email.
Note: Please dial in at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to participate in the pre-conference session.
All speakers join the conference with their audio enabled; attendee lines are automatically muted.
At the scheduled starting time, the operator verifies that you and any other speakers are ready to begin before placing all speakers into the conference. When the conference begins, the operator makes any requested announcements and then turns the conference over to the moderator, the moderator was designated when the conference was booked.
