At the scheduled point in the conference, you will let the operator know that it is time to begin the Q&A session. Attendees can press *1 on their phone's keypad to be placed in the Q&A queue. If you added Conference Controls to your conference, you can see who is waiting to ask a question and reorder the queue to facilitate the flow of questions.
The operator works from the question queue. The operator announces the person's name and company or asks the attendee to introduce themselves and then opens the line for them to ask a question.
Note: Your conference can include both polling and Q&A sessions. However, they cannot be conducted simultaneously.
