If you want to book a new conference using similar information to an existing conference, you can copy and modify an existing reservation or completed conference.
To copy your conference details using the Events Portal, find your reservation under Upcoming Events or Completed Events and click Copy Event for the conference ID of your reservation. The previous conference information, except start time and date and duration, is filled in automatically. You can edit the details for the following:
- The title of your conference.
- The time zone.
- The start time and date.
- How long your conference lasts
- Which participants the conference dials out to.
- Additional services added to your conference.
You cannot change the language used by the operator, the method of entry for attendees, or the current number of lines allowed in your conference. An agent can help you edit these fields or add additional services that are not listed here.
