Translated transcription

Add-on. Charges include: Recording fee, transcription fee, per-word translated from English transcript. Additional fees for: rush delivery. You must purchase a recording and transcription to receive this report.

Transcripts are translated word-by-word from the original transcript into your requested language. Translations are available in over 10 languages including French, German, and Spanish. All available languages are listed in our Language support article.

Delivery time and format

The translated transcript is available within the time frame selected upon booking as a Word file. Sign in to the Events Portal to download it.

3 and 6 hour rush times are subject to approval.

  • Standard - 3 business days
  • Rush - 48 hours, 24 hours, 6 hours, 3 hours

Booking information

This feature is not included on the booking form. On the Submit page, request the feature in Special Instructions. Then, select Please click here if you would like someone to reach out to you to explain these special features in more detail and someone will call you.

Note: After you submit your request, you can't update your reservation in the Events Portal to request a call. Contact Support for assistance.


When booking your conference in the Events Portal, in Audio Event Details > Enhanced Services, select:

  • Recording and choose the recording type. At least one recording is required for transcription.
  • Transcription and then select who should receive the transcript (moderator or you, the scheduler) and your requested turnaround time.
