When you're invited to a webcast, you receive an email from the organizer that includes either the event link for a single webcast or the attendee portal link that allows you to join multiple webcasts from a single site.
To prevent audio or video issues during the event, test your system before you join.
To join the event:
- Click the event link.
- Enter your registration information and click Submit.
If you received a link for a single event, you automatically join the event. If you received the attendee portal link, find the event you want to join and click View Now. If the event has not started yet, you hear hold music and see a screen that says the event hasn't started yet.
