Check your confirmation email

After you book your webcast, you receive a confirmation email from your event production manager with the details, including:

  • Event checklist
  • Network and system requirements
  • Event title
  • Date and time
  • Event ID
  • Webcast audience size
  • Audience event link and password
  • Guest Presenter Access Link and PIN
  • Included and enhanced features you requested

In the Events Portal, you can download a calendar file that includes all of your event invitation information. After downloading, you can open the file to create a new event in your calendar application and send invitations, or email the file to the presenters or attendees.
