If you were invited to be a guest administrator for the event, you should have received a Guest Admin Link email with login details and a link to the Guest Admin Access site.
Note: Please join at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time to participate in the pre-conference session and allow enough time for audio and video checks.
To join the Live event:
- In the Guest Admin Link email, click the link.
- To sign in to the Guest Admin Access site, enter your information or credentials and click Log In.
- To join the event, click Live Presenter Studio.
At the scheduled start time, the event producer confirms that you and the other presenters are ready to begin before taking the webcast On Air. When the webcast begins, the event producer makes any requested announcements and then turns the webcast over to the first presenter.
