Allow viewers to download additional files from the event window during the event. You can include slide decks, PDF files, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and allow viewers to download an MP3 version of the event audio. Event resources display on the left side of the event window under the presenter headshots or video. After you upload your event resources, you can rename and reorder them. You can also provide viewers with a link to view and share them outside of the webcast.
Note: You can't make changes to event resources during the event.
Each event resource file can be up to 500MB. Supported file formats include DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, MP3, MP4, PNG, PDF, PPT, PPTX, XLS, and XLSX.
This option can be booked online using the Events Portal.
On the Web Event Details page under Included Features, select Downloadable Event Resources.

After you book the event, an event production manager will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the event details. To avoid delays, provide the event production manager with the event resources at least one business day before the event.
