Video bridge broadcasts only. For a polished experience, have a professional emcee host your event. The emcee speaks directly to your attendees and presenters, and manages the flow of the event for you. They can appear on camera or stay off camera (audio-only). You can also provide custom opening, Q&A, and closing scripts for them to read during the event.

Note: The emcee takes up one of the presenter spots during the event.

The emcee joins your event early, during the pre-event review, and introduces themselves. During the event they:

  • Provide opening and closing remarks
  • Deliver presenter introductions and announcements
  • Manage webcam layouts, ensuring the right presenters are on stage
  • Facilitate Q&A
  • Perform other speaking tasks as requested by you

We recognize that every event is unique and our emcees are ready to adapt to meet your needs and expectations for the event.

Booking information 

This option can be booked online using the Events Portal.

To request an emcee:

On the Web Event Details page, under A/V Field Services section, select Webcast Emcee and then select whether you want the emcee to participate over audio only or on camera. Under Opening Script, Q&A Script, and Closing Script, click Default Script or enter your own custom script.

After you book the event, an event production manager will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the event details.
