Follow-up email

Included with all events (no additional charge).

Automatically send custom follow-up emails to registered viewers after your event. You can customize the subject and the body of the email and change the sender name and reply-to address. You can send more than one post-event email and decide whether to send it to viewers who attended the Live event, viewers who watched the On-Demand event, guests who could not attend the event, or to everyone.

Booking information

This option can be booked online using the Events Portal.

On the Web Event Details page under Included Features, select Follow-Up Email(s).

After you book the event, an event production manager will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the event details. To avoid delays, provide the event production manager with the custom email content at least one business day before the event.
