Included with all events that broadcast telephone audio (no additional charge).
Display a headshot photo or other image to the audience when a presenter is speaking. Photos are displayed in the top left corner of the event window, next to slides. During a live event, switch photos as each presenter speaks or add the photos later to the replay. Headshot image files must be exactly 320 x 240 pixels and and in RGB color mode.
This option can be booked online using the Events Portal.
On the Web Event Details page under Included Features, select Headshots.

After you book the event, an event production manager will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the event details. They will provide a link to the event where you can upload headshots. To avoid delays, upload all headshots at least one business day before the event.
