During a Live event, presenters can share their desktop screen. Shared screens are captured in the Live event replay and MP4 recordings.
All presenters planning to share their screens must use the latest version of Google Chrome when joining the event and meet the minimum network requirements.
Note: If you are broadcasting your event through the video bridge, you must select 720p as the video player size.
This option can be booked online using the Events Portal.
On the Web Event Details page under Enhancement Features, select Live Desktop Screen Share.
After you book the event, an event production manager will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the event details.
