Provide viewers a link to a customizable portal site and have them join and register for multiple events in one place. If you are hosting a series of related events, you can create a web page that displays event descriptions and information about presenters for each event. You can decide the events you want to display and the events viewers can register for at any time. You can also add and remove events from the portal and change the portal name.
This option can be booked online using the Events Portal.
On the Web Event Details page under Enhanced Features, select Portal. If you've already had a Portal set up for you, enter your Portal ID.

After you book the event, an event production manager will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the event and portal details.
