Video bridge

Included with all video events (no additional charge).

Have up to 15 presenters broadcast their video from different media sources or locations during the Live event or when recording an On-Demand or Simulated Live event. Presenters can connect to the event using a webcam, video conferencing system, Skype for Business, or telephone audio. Recommended for multiple presenter video streams.

Note: If you plan to share your screen during the event, you must select 720p as the video player size.

Booking information

This option can be booked online using the Events Portal.

For Live events:

On the Web Event Details page, select Live as the Web Event Type. Under How will presenters join and broadcast, select Video Streaming, select Video Bridge as the Video Streaming Option, and then select a video player size.

For On-Demand or Simulated Live events:

On the Web Event Details page, select On-Demand or Simulated Live as the Web Event Type and select I need assistance recording my presentation. Under How will presenters join and broadcast, select Video Streaming, select Video Bridge as the Video Streaming Option, and then select a video player size.

After you book the event, an event production manager will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the event details and, if needed, schedule a recording session.
