At least one business day before the event, upload your headshots, downloadable event resources, and slides you want to include. The event production manager will provide a link to the event where you can upload content. If you are including overlay videos, custom certificates for certification exams, or branding elements such as logos or background images, send your content to the event production manager by email.
For downloadable event resources, each file can be up to 500MB and supported file formats include DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, MP3, MP4, PNG, PDF, PPT, PPTX, XLS, and XLSX. For slides, each slide deck can be up to 500MB and supported file formats include PPT and PPTX. For headshots, each image files must be exactly 320 x 240 pixels and and in RGB color mode.
Note: You can only upload headshots if you are broadcasting the event by phone.
To upload headshots, event resources, and slides:
- Sign in to the Guest Admin Access site and click Edit Event Content.
- Upload the slides decks, downloadable event resources, and headshots you want to include in the event.
- Once you've uploaded the content, click Save and Continue.
Note: Slides take a few minutes to process and you receive an email once they have finished processing. The slides do not stop processing after you click Save and Continue.
