After you book your conference, you receive a confirmation email with the details, including:
- Confirmation number
- Date and time
- Number of lines
- Dial-in information for speakers
- Dial-in information for attendees
- Web login information for Conference Controls (if purchased)
- Any additional features you requested
The confirmation email also includes information on how to follow up for additional assistance or services for your conference.
In the Events Portal, you can download a calendar file that includes all of your conference invitation information. After downloading, you can open the file to create a new event in your calendar application and send invitations, or email the file to the speakers or participants.
