Access your post-event content

After your conference, you receive an email with a link that takes you to the Events Portal. For added security, sign in to the Events Portal to download Operator Assisted post-event content, such as recordings, participant lists, reports, and transcriptions. This article explains how to sign in to the Events Portal and use it to browse your completed events and download post-event content.

Sign in to the Events Portal

The Events Portal is an online interface that allows you to schedule new events, view and make changes to upcoming events, and download post-event content. If this is your first time accessing the Events Portal, you will need to create a password. Learn more »

To sign in to the Events Portal:

  1. Find your post-conference email and click the Events Portal link.

  2. Click Login, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. Enter your password and click Sign in.

Download your post-event content

Note: By default, post-event content is deleted 90 days after the event. You cannot download post-event content after the 90 day retention period. You receive a notification in the Events Portal 7 days before your file is scheduled to be deleted.

  1. On the home page, under Completed Events, click View Now.

  2. At the top of the page, click the Notifications button to view updates for your recent conferences. In the Notifications window, find the file in the list of conferences and click Download.

    You can also scroll to the bottom of the Completed Events page to view a list of your conferences or search for a conference. Learn more »

    Find your conference, click the conference ID, and then click Downloads. Click the file name to save the file to your device.
