If you requested a recording when booking your conference, you can download it as an audio file, have it uploaded so your attendees can listen to it later, or both. Recordings are available for as long as you specify when booking.
If you requested a downloadable audio file, you can download it from the Events Portal. The recording is available in the file format requested upon booking within 3-5 business days (or sooner for an additional fee). Details and costs »
Note: By default, post-event content is deleted 90 days after the event. You cannot download post-event content after the 90 day retention period. You receive a notification in the Events Portal 7 days before your file is scheduled to be deleted.
To download your recording from the Events Portal:
- Sign in to the Events Portal.
- On the home page, under Completed Events, click View Now.
- Find the conference, click the conference ID, and then click Downloads.
- Click the file name to save the recording to your device.
