To play pre-recorded audio into your conference, you can schedule a pre-recording session with an operator or provide your own pre-recorded audio file. If you are providing your own audio file, you must upload it at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your conference.
Supported file formats are MP3 (128 kbps or greater) and WAV (16-bit, 22 kHz, or 44.1k Hz). To provide the best audio quality for your participants, we recommend uploading a Mono audio file instead of a Stereo file.
Note: If you scheduled a pre-recording session with an operator, you do not need to upload your audio file in the Events Portal.
To upload the pre-recorded audio file:
- Sign in to the Events Portal.
- On the home page, under Upcoming Events, click View Now.
- Find your conference, click the conference ID, and then select Upload Audio File.
- Select your file and then click Upload.
