Add-on. Charges include: setup, number of days the replay is available, number of dial-in numbers (toll-free and toll). Additional fees for: rush delivery.
You can choose to make a recording available as a call-in replay. Participants dial in and enter a passcode to hear the recording. You can also collect information about participants who dialed in to the replay system and receive it as a report.
- Call-in audio replay web registration report - this report collects up to 3 pieces of information from your participants.
- Call-in audio replay utilization report - this report collects participant phone numbers, dial-in and disconnect times.
Editing services are not included and incur an extra charge.
Delivery time and format
The audio replay can be ready as soon as two hours after the conference ends and can be available for up to 365 days after your conference (with additional fees). Depending on the length of the conference and editing requests, standard delivery may take up to 5 days.
The passcode and URL to view the replay access numbers can be found at the bottom of the confirmation email sent to the organizer, and in the Events Portal > Completed Conferences. The URL and passcode can be sent to participants once the conference ends.
If web registration is booked, participants must open the URL in a browser and enter their information to view when the replay is available and to view the replay access numbers.
This option is available when booking a new event. You cannot add it later in the Events Portal.
When booking your conference in the Events Portal, in Audio Event Details > Enhanced Services, select Recording, and select Call-in Audio Replay as the recording type, and enter the number of days you would like the replay to be available (up to 365 days).
