Call-in replay web registration

Add-on. Charges include: setup, number of days the replay is available, number of dial-in numbers (toll-free and toll). Additional fees for: rush delivery. You must purchase a recording, participant list, and call-in audio replay to add web registration.

Web registration allows you to capture up to 3 pieces of generic or custom participant information as participants dial in for the replay. 

A URL for participants to register over the web will be sent to the organizer in their confirmation email. The URL and passcode can be sent to participants once the conference ends.  Participants must open this link and enter their information to view when the replay is available and to view the replay access numbers. 

Information collected from participants is then summarized in a web registration report. Web registration reports must be purchased in order to receive participant information.

Booking information

This option cannot be booked online. If you would like replay web registration, have an agent contact you.

On the Submit page, in Special Instructions for the Operator, enter your request for a feature you can't book online, ask questions, or provide additional details. Select Please click here... and someone will call you. You cannot request a call later in the Events Portal. Contact Support for assistance.

When booking your conference in the Events Portal, in Audio Event Details > Enhanced Services, select Recording, and select Call-in Audio Replay as the recording type, and enter the number of days you would like the replay to be available (up to 365 days).
