A translation is available in 40 languages and must be requested during the scheduling process.
You can request an interpreter to translate communication between the operator and moderators, speakers, and participants. Additional conference and/or communication lines are required for each language. Live translation is available in over 30 languages including French, German, and Spanish. All available languages are listed in our Language support article.
Upon request, an interpreter can:
- Provide limited translation during the pre-conference
- Deliver the opening and closing scripts
- Facilitate audio Q&A
The translator does not provide live simultaneous translation of the conference itself.
This option cannot be booked online. If you would like live translation, have an agent contact you.
On the Submit page, in Special Instructions for the Operator, enter your request for a feature you can't book online, ask questions, or provide additional details. Select Please click here... and someone will call you. You cannot request a call later in the Events Portal. Contact Support for assistance.
