Call-in audio replay utilization report

Add-on. Charges include: per report (one per conference). 

The call-in audio replay utilization report is an anonymous summary of all the participants who called in for the audio replay. This report includes the phone number the participant dialed from, the time the participant connected, and the time they disconnected.

Delivery time and format

The report is sent via email as an Excel file.

You can choose to receive the file daily, weekly, monthly, or when the call-in program ends.

Booking information

This option cannot be booked online. If you would like replay reports, have an agent contact you.

On the Submit page, in the special instructions box, enter your request for a feature you can't book online, ask questions, or provide additional details, and select Please click here... and someone will call you. You cannot request a call later in the Events Portal. Contact Support for assistance.
