Translated transcription

Add-on. Charges include: Recording fee, transcription fee, per-word translated from English transcript.  Additional fees for: rush delivery.  You must purchase a recording and a transcription to receive this report.

Transcriptions are translated word-by-word from the original transcript into your requested language. Translations are available in over 10 languages including French, German, and Spanish. All available languages are listed in our Language support article.

Delivery time and format

The summary report list report is sent via email as an Word file within the time frame selected upon booking. 3 and 6 hour rush times are subject to approval.

  • Standard - 3 business days
  • Rush - 48 hours, 24 hours, 6 hours, 3 hours

Booking information

This option cannot be booked online. If you would like a translated transcription, have an agent contact you.

On the Submit page, in Special Instructions for the Operator, enter your request for a feature you can't book online, ask questions, or provide additional details. Select Please click here... and someone will call you. You cannot request a call later in the Events Portal. Contact Support for assistance.

When booking your conference in the Events Portal, in Audio Event Details > Enhanced Services, select:

  • Recording and choose the recording type. At least one recording is required for transcription.
  • Transcription and then select who should receive the transcription (moderator or you, the scheduler) and your requested turnaround time.
