Sample Scheduling Confirmation Email

Once your Operator Assisted conference has been reserved, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of the conference.  Please use this confirmation email to provide your moderator, speakers/presenters, and participants with the relevant login information.  If a detail of your conference is incorrect and needs to be changed, please contact us as soon as possible.

The confirmation email includes: 

  • Confirmation number
  • Date and time
  • Number of lines
  • Dial-in information for moderators and speakers/presenters
  • Dial-in information for participants
  • Web login information for Conference Controls (if purchased)
  • Web login information for Slide Assist (if purchased)
  • Any additional features you have requested
