How early should I call in on the day of my conference?

 All Operator Assisted conferences include a pre-conference to review call details with your Operator, confirm the requested script, and conduct an audio check of each line with a speaking role.

  • Audio conferences include a standard 15-minute standard pre-conference
  • Audio and web events include a standard 30-minute pre-conference to allow for additional web connectivity checks

*Note: Pre-conference duration can be extended, upon request.
