PGi Event Conference – Greeted Entry Event Event Conference Moderators, Presenters and Participants are greeted and placed into the call by an Event Conference Specialist. A Lead Event Conference Specialists remains on the call to assist during the duration.
PGi Event Conference – Greeted Entry, Connection Connection Event Conference Moderators, Presenters and Participants are greeted and placed into the call by an Event Conference Specialist and remain on the call for 15 minutes after start time.

Recurring Conference Series Standing Call Series A recurring event conference is a call set up for a specific interval or on-going (example – weekly on Mondays at 3 p.m., etc.). The number and features associated to the conference do not change.

Name on Entry Name On Entry Participants are asked to give or record their name or other information at entry of the conference call. A participant list is provided to the organizer of the call at its conclusion and it can also be used to populate the conference controls interface

Event Communication Line Comm Line An open two-way phone communication between customer communication line facilitator and a PGI communication line facilitator. Allows a designated customer contact to converse privately during the Event Conference.
Question & Answer Q&A At a designated time, participants are informed that they may queue up to ask questions of the presenters. The Lead Specialist will open the line of each questioner to allow the exchange. Once the question has been answered, the questioner’s line will be placed back in muted status.
Voting and Polling Event Voting and Polling Feedback through operator-managed polling. Participants are asked to respond to either multiple choice or yes/no questions using touch tone commands. Results are compiled and sent to the requestor after the conference has concluded.
Host Controls and Conference Controls Host Controls and Conference Controls Host Controls (direct clients) and Conference Controls (indirect/reseller clients) display participant data in real-time so presenters can see who has joined, determine Question and Answer queue and prioritize, and view polling results.
Live Event Conference Translation Translation Live Interpretation is defined as the situation in which an Interpreter is required during the conference to translate between conference participants.
Pre-Recorded Conference Pre-recorded audio Hosts can script and record their presentation prior to the Conference date and play the recording into the conference call as if it’s live. PGi Specialists then open up the Q&A so that participants can ask questions live.
Participant List Report Event Conference Participant List A Participant List is a list of the people who have joined a particular conference call. The organizer can request that specific information, in addition to name, be captured from each participant.
Client Provided Verification List New Specialist review cross-reference callers with a customer provided participant list. It may be used to restrict or give certain callers priority during Q&A etc. or just to give certain priorities etc.
Call-in Audio Replay Soundbyte A Call-in replay is a phone accessible recording of a conference call that is available after conference conclusion. Parties call a designated number and enter a code to listen to the recorded conference
Call-in Audio Replay – Voice Capture Soundbyte Voice Capture Participants are asked to record their name or other information at entry of the recorded conference. A list of those that accessed the recording can be provided to the organizer of the conference organizer
Conference Recording File File Recording Broaden your reach with replay, with CDs or other audio files. Recordings of a particular conference can be sent via mail (standard or expedited delivery available) or posted to an ftp site (within 2 hours of conference completion). A variety of CD formats are available – mp3, .wav, CDA format.
Post Event Conference Transcription Transcription A transcription is a written documentation of the conversation that occurs on a conference call. The quality of the transcription is dependent upon the participants speaking clearly and enunciating properly during the conference.
