Register your emergency address

For administrators.

When you place an emergency call, your phone number and address are provided to the local (US) or national (UK) emergency service center. By itself, a phone number doesn't tell emergency dispatchers your location. To ensure that emergency calls are routed to the nearest first responders, you must register an emergency address for each phone number and keep it current. This includes:

  • A main emergency address for your company, including the floor number or suite number.

    Your company's primary office location. By default, this emergency address is applied to your company main number and all phone numbers in your company.

  • Individual emergency addresses for people who are not working at the main service location.
