Hold music or message

While callers are on hold or while their call is being transferred, they hear your company's hold music or message. Your company has the option of uploading its own music or a customized recording, such as up-selling and promotional messages, to keep callers engaged. You can even further personalize hold music/message at the user level, but a company administrator must set it up for a user.
