Your phone number is set up with a voicemail box so you can receive and manage voice messages left by callers. You can check your messages using your phone or when voicemail to email is enabled, through your email. Your voicemail box stores up to 100 voicemails before it becomes full and your callers cannot leave you voicemails.
You can save, delete or forward a voicemail after checking it on your phone. You can only forward voicemails to other extensions within your company when using your phone. If you want to send a voicemail to someone outside your company, ask your administrator to enable voicemail to email.
Note: You can also call into your phone number from a different phone to check your messages.
