Park a call and retrieve it

Call parking is a type of hold that lets you place a call in a "parking spot," where it can be picked up and continued on any phone in the system. Your company hold music or message plays to the waiting party.

If you park a call and it is not picked up within a few minutes, the call is returned and your phone rings. Select Answer to answer the call or Reject to send it back to park.

Note: Call parking is not available on the desktop app.
