Your entry in the company directory includes your profile picture, phone numbers, email address, physical address, and meeting room URL (if you have a meeting account).
Other people in your company can search for you and then call, email, or meet with you from your contact card.
You can use the desktop app to update your contact information. You can change everything except for the extension and phone number - these are visible if you are a Phone service customer and are assigned by your company.
