Set up the GlobalMeet Google Add-on

Install the GlobalMeet add-on

The GlobalMeet Add-on for Google is available from the Google Workplace. Open your Google Calendar to install it.

To install the add-on:

  1. Open a browser and sign in to your Google Calendar.
  2. On the right side of the Calendar, click + Get Add-ons to open the Google Marketplace.

  3. Search for GlobalMeet and in the search results, click GlobalMeet.
  4. Click Install and follow instructions to install the add-on.
  5. On the right side of the Calendar, the GlobalMeet icon is displayed.

Now sign in to your GlobalMeet account. 

Sign in to your account

You can sign in from the Add event window.  

To sign in to your account:

  1. On your calendar, click on a day to open the Add event window.
  2. Click Add video conferencing and select GlobalMeet

  3. Wait a moment. The video conferencing option updates and notes that a login is required. Click Log in.

  4. Follow the instructions and sign in to your GlobalMeet account.

    The Add event window now contains your meeting details. You can schedule a meeting now or click X to close the window.
