Show the GlobalMeet button in Outlook on the web

In Outlook on the web, the GlobalMeet add-in options are hidden under the (...) More actions button. To make it easier to start and schedule meetings, you can customize Outlook to show the GlobalMeet button  in messages and in new events in the Calendar view.

To show the button in messages:

  1. In Outlook, click Settings and then click View all Outlook settings.
  2. Click Mail and then click Customize actions.
  3. Scroll down to Message Surface and click  GlobalMeet. Continue scrolling to Toolbar and click  GlobalMeet again.

  4. Click Save.

    The button is now visible when selecting received messages or creating new messages.

To show the button in new events:

  1. In Outlook, click Settings, then click View all Outlook settings.
  2. Click Calendar and then click Customize actions.
  3. In Calendar Surface, click  GlobalMeet.

  5. Click Save.

    The button is now visible at the top when creating new events.
