How do I add files and videos to my iMeet room?

You have two options for adding files and videos to your iMeet room. Note: Only a host can email files to his or her iMeet room:

1.  The most common method is to upload the file directly in the iMeet room by clicking the SHARE tab>PRESENT A FILE>ADD NEW FILE

​2. Email files directly to the email address given to you when you registered for your account:

a.  Start a new email.

b.  Attach the desired file to the email as an attachment. You can send multiple attachments in one email.

c.  Address the email to your iMeet Room’s email address. You can find that address in your File Cabinet (see the image below).

d.  Hit SEND. The file will show up in your File Cabinet shortly.
